- 1 large sweet potato, cut into thin fries approx 5-7cm (2-3”) long and 0.5-1cm (1/4 – 1/2“) thick
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon, herb and garlic season plus extra to serve
Instructions
- Place the cut sweet potato into a bowl and toss through with oil and sprinkle with seasoning so they are evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potato into the airfryer on 180c/355f for 20 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Serve with a sprinkle of additional seasoning.
Notes
- This dish serves 4 as a side (depending on how big your sweet potato is).
- If your fries are too large/thick they won’t cook in time and won’t get crispy, I like to cut them thin.
