Notes
I love everything chocolate. Including bliss balls, like this chocolate almond bliss ball. It’s high in fibre, helping you to feel satisfied. I like to make a batch ahead of a busy week as part of Meal Prep Power Hour. They can also be frozen, which is mighty convenient. I hope you enjoy! Lyndi xxx
- These balls will store will in the fridge in an air-tight container. You can also freeze them!
- If you only have dried dates, add peanut butter to help the mix hold together.
- The mix should stick together. If it doesn’t, add 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil and blitz. Repeat until the mix holds together. If using dried dates, you’ll need to soak them in water for an hour+ before using.
- If you need, these chocolate almond bliss balls are naturally free of dairy, gluten and are plant-based.
