- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a jar or container along with a pinch of salt and mix/shake to combine.
- Place in fridge and allow to set for approximately 2+ hours or until set. Ideally, leave to set overnight.
- Enjoy with nut butter and/or nuts and seeds on top.
Notes
- Use whichever milk makes you feel good.
- I used black chia seeds in this recipe but use whichever. Mixing it up gives you more variety so use difference coloured chia.
