- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup plain rolled oats
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds (I love linseeds/flaxseeds, sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds).
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/3 cup frozen berries (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together milk, yoghurt, oats, honey, vanilla and seeds in a jar. Top with frozen berries and place in fridge overnight.
