- 1/4 purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 cup mixed leaves
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 small red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup edamame beans
- 1 avocado
- 1 handful of coriander leaves
- 200 g fresh Huon salmon, skin off, cubed
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
Instructions
- In two serving bowl, arrange salad ingredients equally in row. Finish by adding the raw Huon salmon and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
- Mix dressing ingredients together, serve and enjoy!
Notes
This Salmon Pokè Bowl Recipe is healthy and delicious. Add carbohydrates like brown rice, quinoa or soba noodles if you are hungrier.
