- 600 g sweet potatoes (4 small sweet potatoes)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180c/365f. Chop sweet potato into 1 cm thick rounds and place on baking tray. Cook for 30 minutes or until tender.
- Smash sweet potato rounds with fork. Pour garlic marinade (garlic, oil & salt) on top. sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place in oven for 5 minutes. Remove when crispy! Enjoy
