Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower Nuggets

Units Scale
  • 350 g cauliflower (equivalent to 1 large head), cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 200c/390F.
  2. Place florets in a large bowl, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and toss well. Place onto a lined baking tray and place in the oven.
  3. Cook for 25 – 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to over for 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with parsley before devouring!
