- 1 medium sweet potato
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190˚C/375˚F
- Spiralize sweet potato. Add oil, herbs and salt and evenly distribute onto a lined baking tray. Bake for 18 – 20 minutes
