Curly Sweet Potato Fries

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 190˚C/375˚F
  2. Spiralize sweet potato. Add oil, herbs and salt and evenly distribute onto a lined baking tray. Bake for 18 – 20 minutes
