- 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 25 g freeze dried fruit
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Spread yoghurt into a thin layer on a baking paper lined tray.
- Evenly top with freeze dried fruit, peanuts and drizzle with honey.
- Place in the freezer to set for an hour before breaking up into smaller pieces to serve.
