Fruit and Nut Yoghurt Bark

  • 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 25 g freeze dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 2 tsp honey


  1. Spread yoghurt into a thin layer on a baking paper lined tray.
  2. Evenly top with freeze dried fruit, peanuts and drizzle with honey.
  3. Place in the freezer to set for an hour before breaking up into smaller pieces to serve.
