- 150 g pitted dates
- 40 g plain rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except 1 Tbsp of peanut butter) into a food processor and blitz until a sticky crumb consistency.
- Compress mix firmly into one side of a baking tray to form a rectangle approximately 1cm thick (½ inch). Cut into squares and drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp peanut butter to serve.
Notes
- If your peanut butter is too thick to drizzle, add 1 tsp of oil and mix well.
- Gluten-free? Use certified gluten-free oats.
