No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Slice

Units Scale
  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 40 g plain rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp water


  1. Combine all ingredients (except 1 Tbsp of peanut butter) into a food processor and blitz until a sticky crumb consistency.
  2. Compress mix firmly into one side of a baking tray to form a rectangle approximately 1cm thick (½ inch). Cut into squares and drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp peanut butter to serve.


  • If your peanut butter is too thick to drizzle, add 1 tsp of oil and mix well.
  • Gluten-free? Use certified gluten-free oats.
