- 200 g roasted chickpeas, roughly chopped
- 150 g chocolate (milk or dark)
Instructions
- Break chocolate into squares and melt in microwave (approx 90 seconds).
- Mix chickpeas and melted chocolate in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Pour into a lined baking tray and push down until layer is approx 2cm (3/4 inch) thick.
- Place in fridge or freezer for 30 minutes before serving. Cut into small pieces and store in an airtight container.
