- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 3 tbsp cacao
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

- Whack all the ingredients together in a large air-tight container. Stir and let it stand overnight. Hungry now? Just allow 5-10 minutes so the chia seeds can absorb the liquid then enjoy.
