Salted Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwiches

- 4 large ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 100 g high-quality chocolate
- 1 tsp salt flakes
Instructions
- Peel bananas and slice into 0.5cm thick rounds.
- Spread lightly with peanut butter, and then place another piece of banana to form a sandwich.
- In a double burner*, melt your favorite chocolate. Remove from heat. Dip one-half of the banana/peanut butter sandwich in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with salt and place in freezer for 30-mins to 1 hour. If frozen for longer, simply wait 5 minutes before eating.
