Biscoff Overnight Weetbix Cheesecake

Units Scale
  • 2 weetbix (wheat biscuits)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced


  1. Crumble weetbix into a jar or bowl and add chia.
  2. Pour milk and mix until well combined.
  3. In a seperate bowl, mix maple syrup and yoghurt together. Then pour on top of weetbix mixture.
  4. Drizzle with biscoff and place sliced strawberries on top. Place in the fridge for later or serve straight away.
