Crispy Brussel Sprout ‘Chips’

Ingredients

- 8 brussel sprouts
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180c/355f.
- Trim the brussel stem to separate and remove the leaves. Place leaves in a small bowl.
- Once you’ve removed as many leaves as possible, add oil, sprinkle with salt and chilli and toss well. I use my hands to make sure the leaves are coated.
- Place leaves on lined baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy. Enjoy!
