Crispy Brussel Sprout ‘Chips’

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 2 1x


  • 8 brussel sprouts
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)


  1. Heat oven to 180c/355f.
  2. Trim the brussel stem to separate and remove the leaves. Place leaves in a small bowl.
  3. Once you’ve removed as many leaves as possible, add oil, sprinkle with salt and chilli and toss well. I use my hands to make sure the leaves are coated.
  4. Place leaves on lined baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy. Enjoy!
