Baked Asparagus with Crumbed Feta + Pinenuts

Ingredients
- 3 bunches of asparagus
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 small lemon – lemon zest and some juice
- 30 g pine nuts
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 g feta
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180c/365f. Place asparagus on lined baking tray. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, squeeze of lemon, add a pinch of salt, then sprinkle with pine nuts. Place tray in oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Garnish with lemon zest and feta cheese.
