Biscoff Overnight Weetbix Cheesecake

- 2 weetbix (wheat biscuits)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Crumble weetbix into a jar or bowl and add chia.
- Pour milk and mix until well combined.
- In a seperate bowl, mix maple syrup and yoghurt together. Then pour on top of weetbix mixture.
- Drizzle with biscoff and place sliced strawberries on top. Place in the fridge for later or serve straight away.
