After 30 years of dieting, I never thought I’d find real freedom with food.
I wanted to share a little about my journey, in case you’re feeling the way I was—trapped in a never-ending cycle of dieting and bingeing, always thinking about food, and feeling completely exhausted by it all.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been on and off diets.
Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig—you name it, I’ve tried it. And every time I “failed” another program, my relationship with food got worse.
The more I tried to control my eating, the more out of control it became. I became a binge eater, stuck in that all-or-nothing mindset.
I honestly didn’t think change was possible after 30 years of struggling. But then I found Binge Free Academy.
If you’re feeling like I was, please don’t give up.
I’m proof that no matter how long you’ve been stuck in the cycle, there’s a way out. BFA has transformed my life in ways I never thought possible—and I believe it can do the same for you.
Here’s a little insight into my life, after completing Binge Free Academy:
I’ve Tamed My Diet Voice & Stopped Bingeing: After completing BFA, I finally understand what was driving my bingeing and, more importantly, how to stop it in its tracks. I have tools that actually work, and for the first time, I feel in control.
Eating My Trigger Foods Without Fear: The foods I used to avoid at all costs? I can now have them without spiralling into a binge. The guilt, the fear, the “I’ll start again on Monday” mentality—it’s all gone.
Mindful Eating & Less Food Obsession: I eat when I’m hungry, stop when I’m full, and don’t spend every waking moment thinking about what I can or can’t eat. The mental freedom this has given me is priceless.
I’m Not Perfect, But That’s Okay: Occasionally, I have slip-ups—but I no longer let them derail me. Instead of feeling like a failure, I move on with confidence, knowing I’m still on the right path.
I never thought I’d be able to break free after decades of failed diets, but I am so grateful I found Lyndi and Binge Free Academy.
If you’re struggling and wondering if real change is possible, let me be your proof—it is. And I promise, it’s worth it.
You’ve got this!
