Beach Sandwich

Ingredients

- 4 large leaves iceberg lettuce (approx 1.5 cups)
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/3 avocado
- 3/4 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 3 small pickles
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- 2 wholemeal bread roll
- 6 potato chips (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except bread roll) onto a chopping board and chop together until finely chopped.
- Add the filling into bread roll with optional potato chips.
Notes
For a vegetarian option use boiled egg or tofu instead of chicken.
