Beach Sandwich

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 2 1x


  • 4 large leaves iceberg lettuce (approx 1.5 cups)
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 3/4 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 3 small pickles
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 wholemeal bread roll
  • 6 potato chips (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients (except bread roll) onto a chopping board and chop together until finely chopped.
  2. Add the filling into bread roll with optional potato chips.


For a vegetarian option use boiled egg or tofu instead of chicken.
