Grilled Chicken Pesto Wrap

Units Scale
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 100 g cooked chicken
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, thinly sliced (optional)


  1. Spread pesto onto the middle of the wrap length ways.
  2. Add chicken, lettuce, onion, avocado and wrap it up. You can add tomato here if you’re going to eat it fresh but leave it out if you’re prepping it for later to prevent the wrap from going soggy.
