Add banana, mango and milk to a high powered food processor or blender and blitz until creamy. If your machine isn’t processing it well enough, add another 1/2 cup of liquid (milk or your fav alternative) and turn into a liquid smoothie. Keep adding more liquid until it blends well.
Serve with your favourite muesli!
Gluten-free option: Use gluten-free muesli or top with seeds and nuts instead.
Dairy-free option: Use your favourite dairy-free milk alternative or coconut water.
Pregnancy: Frozen fruit is safe to eat in pregnancy. Check the best before date on all the produce you use and make sure milk is pasteurised.
Don’t like banana? Simply add another cup of mango. Or use another frozen fruit you like such as frozen berries.
